1. Hotel staff were excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Every question was answered and they were very knowledgeable about the area and therefore able to give me the best recommendations for the best places. 2. The hotel is very basic with a spa on the lowest floor. Open at all times and there were many traditional Turkish offerings. There are extra offers for hotel customers, very nice! 3. The room was very clean and the cleaners were also very friendly and always asked if they could clean my room or if we needed anything else. The room also had air conditioning and a fridge. I booked a double bed for 1 adult and 2 children but they added an extra bed for free. 4. The hotel does not offer food which I found very odd. But once I was there, it was totally understandable why. Just below is a shop where you can buy everything. The streets to the right and left are full of traditional restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. 500 meters away is a huge shopping center for young and old. 5. The best is the price! I didn't even pay 100€/$ for the whole week. Hotels in tourist areas cost 100€/$ per day. Although I tooked a taxi every day and it was still cheaper for me and I was able to experience the real Turkey and I did not had the constant flow of tourists from my own country. Very good experience. I recommend the hotel and the area to anyone who really wants to experience Turkey up close.

For several years , I have come to Istanbul on a monthly basis, I tried many other hotels, including Inci chain hotels such as Express, Avcilar, Cnr Inci hotels, and Seyithan Palace. Royal Inci remains the best for all of them for many reasons such as : - Super friendly staff: especially Farida, Fatima, and Mohamed, I felt I was staying with family. - Great Location: Metrobus and bus stations are a few minutes walk , shops , market, and malls are around the spot , bim market is next door , the area is full of real Turkish life and people are away from tourists spots. - Reasonable prices : Compared with other hotels in the area , the hotel has reasonable rate and great value for money . - Good and clean facility : the rooms have basic furniture well maintained and cleaned in good shape, wifi almost great in all rooms.

Booked this as I needed something that was affordable as I needed to be in area for 2 weeks, the location was amazing as I was a single female alone,I felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood day or night as it was extremely busy all times with plenty of cafes/restaurants/atms and all sorts of public transport yards away from hotel. I only speak English and this was not a problem for any of the reception staff.great place to stay,it was great and easy to order food from menu in room, especially my first night there as too tired to go out to explore, lots of choices of food, takes about half hour to be delivered

The room was big enough for a single traveler, bathroom was also quite clean, The cleaning personnel and reception employees were all caring and helpful. I received room cleaning after two days even though I didn't need. Room is provided with every needed to have tea/coffee. It is located close to metrobus stop (Sefakoy) which can quickly take you towards the center in short time. There are shopping malls including outlets nearby, 8-12 mins by taxi. If you go for shopping to Istanbul, this is the best choice given the location and price.

I came with my family and we stayed for more than a week and we kept on extending our stay because the hotel and the location of the hotel is really nice and we even felt more comfortable because the staff was really friendly especially Ms.Fatima she was really helpful and did her best to help us and she gave us amazing prices and whenever we asked for help she was always there if we needed something and this is my second time staying here and I would definitely come back.
